At TPOB, we stand by the quality of our professional grooming tools and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, tools that have been used on hair cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original box and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
